We set up prepared workstations within the agreed scope. This may include the operating system, existing applications and connections to the intended devices.
A device change or upgrade begins with an assessment of the source system, target device and data volume. Storage devices, licences and other required components are considered separately from the work.
When something is not working as expected, we first clarify the symptoms. A brief diagnostic check, limited remote support or an initial malware assessment may be a suitable starting point. Any further work is agreed separately.
Scope and pricing
For clearly defined standard services, we state the price and prerequisites. Consulting budgets provide guidance; complex projects receive an individual quotation.
